I am deeply committed to advancing the process serving profession and remain actively involved in organizations that shape our industry. I have been a proud member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) since 2002 and have long been affiliated with the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS), where I currently serve as President.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of serving on the FAPPS Board of Directors and chairing key committees, including the Legislative Committee and the Violence Against Process Servers Committee. In these roles, I helped lead efforts to document and respond to incidents involving threats or violence against process servers, collaborating with law enforcement, state attorneys, and fellow professionals to promote awareness and improve protective measures.
As legislative chair, I authored proposed legislation impacting the service of process and advocated for meaningful change by engaging with leaders of legal organizations and traveling to Tallahassee to meet with members of the Florida Senate and House of Representatives. I’ve also participated in Florida Bar conventions, working alongside legal professionals to support statutory reforms that enhance and protect our field.
My commitment extends to promoting consistent education and professional standards for licensed process servers across the state of Florida—ensuring the integrity and reliability of our work continues to grow.
